COVID-19 and One80’s Continued Support

Dear One80 Intermediaries Brokers/Partners,

The coronavirus (COVID‐19) outbreak is a rapidly evolving situation that presents both health and business risks on a global level. During this unprecedented time, One80 Intermediaries is monitoring developments and our management team is working diligently to continue to execute our business continuity plans to keep our workforce safe while continuing to deliver the service our brokers and clients expect and deserve as this situation unfolds.

The health and safety of our employees and brokers is our top priority. Therefore we have implemented policies including travel restrictions, health monitoring and preventative measures at work to help prevent the spread of illness. We strongly encourage all brokers and clients to adhere to the Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations as well.

As the COVID-19 situation  continues to evolve, we are prepared to implement the next phase of our business continuity plan, which is to have all One80 staff work from the safety of their homes in order to minimize the chance of mass infection. Our IT department has been hard at work testing equipment and making sure all staff have remote capabilities to continue with their daily duties.

Our goal is to ensure there is little to no disruption to our brokers. During these uncharted times, we ask that everyone remains calm, be patient and stay healthy! One80 is and will be here to assist our brokers as always.
