Innovating at the Pace of Change: Campaign Launch

I am pleased to announce the launch of the Innovating at the Pace of Change awareness campaign, designed to amplify our value proposition.

Since our inception two years ago, One80 has united behind OneTeam, OneMission, One80 and grown to include more than 1,200 employees with 40 offices throughout the US and Canada. With this accelerated growth, we have quickly emerged as one of North America’s top 10 specialty insurance brokers; providing thousands of brokers and clients with access to insurance markets in the US, UK, and Canada, and building in-house binding authority for an array of highly specialized programs.

Critical to our success is One80’s focus on Innovating at the Pace of Change. Our thought leaders and product experts remain acutely aware of the political, economic, social, and technological factors that are evolving at unprecedented rates, and impacting the industries we serve. With that as a backdrop we have partnered with our brokers and clients to build a sustainable and highly differentiated platform, creating opportunity and growth in an increasingly competitive environment.

One80’s value proposition is supported by the diversity of our product suite, providing uncorrelated cash flows into the business that are not tied to any singular shift in the market cycle. Separately, the client experience is markedly different than what one might have encountered with a traditional wholesale model that is more generalist in nature. Further, technology has played a critical role in our success as we invest in an operating platform and customer interface that positions us for the future.

In the coming months the Innovating at the Pace of Change awareness campaign will be reflected through One80’s organizational structure and employee engagement. Additionally, you will hear from our employees, leadership team and our clients and brokers as we roll out the Innovating at the Pace of Change Series throughout the year. Lastly, you will note key media outlets recognize One80’s value proposition through both earned and paid media coverage as part of our efforts.
