Helpful Hints

  • Get the full contact information of all parties involved: drivers, occupants, and owners of other involved vehicles, along with any witnesses.
  • Do not accept responsibility or discuss the accident with anyone other than law enforcement or one of our claims representatives.
  • If you can safely take photographs that may help document the scene, please do so.
  • Have all of your shipping documents in order as they will be needed for your claim.
  • Cargo claims require a copy of the Bill of Lading and name of consignee or consignor.
