Previously, Joy served as President and Chief Underwriting Officer of International Excess Program Managers, located in Beachwood, Ohio. International Excess is a diverse Program Administrator specializing in program development and underwriting for over 20 years.
Joy is a well-established commercial underwriter with over 30 years of experience in the excess and surplus lines industry. She has developed dozens of successful, long-tenured programs in the Transportation, Logistics, Habitational and Professional Liability space.
