Meghan Leary I Head of Business Development │ One80 Intermediaries

Meghan Leary, Head of Business Development, for One80 Intermediaries is responsible for developing new and existing retail broker relationships throughout the United States and Canada. This includes the creation and execution of One80’s broker segmentation strategy, data mining programs, book reviews, cross sell initiatives, and relationships development.

Prior to joining One80, Meghan served as Vice President, Distribution Manager, North America for Corporate Solutions for Swiss Re. She has been in the insurance industry for 18 years in various brokerage, underwriting and business development roles, working within market leading companies such as Marsh McLennan, W.R. Berkley, Ace and AIG/Lexington.

Meghan graduated from College of the Holy Cross and lives in Boston, MA.
