Jenny Svenson │ Director of Human Resources │ One80 Intermediaries

Jenny previously served as Vice President of Human Resources at Ironshore Insurance, where she was responsible for all facets of human resources in the United States including compensation, benefits, leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, reporting and compliance. Prior to her time at Ironshore, Jenny led the Global Human Resources function for Lexington Insurance Company.

With over 20 years in of industry experience, Jenny has gained extensive expertise in the property and casualty and specialty insurance, as well as a deep understanding of acquisitive, start- up cultures.

Jenny earned her MBA from Salem State University, and Bachelor of Arts from North Adams State College.  Additionally she earned her SHRM Certificate in Employee Benefits and Pensions, and Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
